Userspace script to split controller input for the Shanwan Wireless Twin controllers
Splits the incoming data so that Linux can see both joysticks of the ShanWanTwin 2.4Ghz USB gamepad (2563:0555)
To be used with this modified python-uinput to work with python3.11
