Bypass DPI

Local SOCKS proxy server, implementing some bypass methods for Deep Packet Inspection
which is used by fascist governments for country-wide censorship. Requires means of
also bypassing DNS poisoning to fully work, such DNSCrypt-Proxy and/or DNS-over-HTTPS.
Best used under caching local proxy or with browser plugins implementing selective
use for known sites blacklisted by the government, such as Privoxy and CensorTracker.
