- Remove pam_unix-login.defs.diff, not needed anymore 
- Update to version 1.1.7 (bugfix release)
  - Drop missing-DESTDIR.diff and pam-fix-includes.patch
  - fix-compiler-warnings.diff: fix unchecked setuid return code
