- more package fixes:
- no longer have parameters like pid and bind on the commandline
they are set via /etc/netbox/gunicorn.py now
- cleanup after/requires in the service files as we do not use
the update services so far
- no longer install the socket files and unused service files
- collect assets during build
- add tmpfiles handling
