AWS CLI version 2
This is *my own* attempt to package awscli-v2.
Do not expect stability out of this, use it at your own risk.
Fetch latest version number with:

fyi, I had a build at https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:jayvdb:branches:Cloud:Tools/aws-cli , but it broke recently and I need to get it updated & working again today
I tried for a couple of hours to build it "the correct way" but pragmatism won for me, the bundled libraries issue was to much for me to handle atm.
