obs-studio with AV1 VAAPI encoding

Edit Package obs-studio
https://obsproject.com/

OBS Studio is software designed for capturing, compositing, encoding, recording, and streaming video content, efficiently.

It's distributed under the GNU General Public License v2 (or any later version) - see the accompanying COPYING file for more details.

This package comes with AV1 VAAPI (hardware) encoding, software AV1 encoding, JACK, pipewire, pulseaudio and wayland support. All default plugins except for the ones listed later are also included. Uses the standard Tumbleweed ffmpeg package (run `ffmpeg -codecs 2> /dev/null | grep av1_vaapi` to check if VAAPI encoding is likely to work for you).

obs-x264, HEVC, obs-browser and AJA plugins are NOT included. This package works well with AV1. h264 and h265 are not supported.
