is it possible to get your update to the newsest release into https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/X11%3AXOrg/amdvlk ?
I wasn't planning on pushing the update upstream since the version in X11:XOrg works only on Leap 15.5 and the updated version is Tumbleweed only (newer dependencies required). If you want amdvlk included in Tumbleweed you should open a bugzilla ticket, this spec could be a basis for a package to be included.
