gc-section of binutils 2.26 is broken for mingw, so disable it http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-mingw/2016-03/msg00000.html This request updates 2 spec files and there are only two spec files. In contrast to thw win64, mingw32-cross-binutils links to the previous version of mingw32-binutils. After accepting this request, it should link to the current version. I'm not quite sure, how to submit the correct change for mingw32-cross-binutils.
