- Update to version 0.3.2:
  * build: update to Zig 0.12
  * build: add -Dno-llvm build option
  * build: switch to the Zig package manager
- Add ./README-suse-maintenance.md
- Add ./vendor.tar.zst. Zig uses a package manager now.
- Only do LLVM builds for aarch64
