Samba tevent Library

Tevent is an event system based on the talloc memory management library.
Tevent has support for many event types, including timers, signals, and
the classic file descriptor events.
Tevent also provide helpers to deal with asynchronous code providing the
tevent_req (Tevent Request) functions.

tevent-man has the name tevent too as it is a copy of the main spec file. Even this has tow names as talloc has now too. The complain of the OBS is a known issue. The actual package modification is: Disable rpath-install and silent-rules while configure.
