A JACK session manager

Ray Session is a GNU/Linux session manager for audio programs as Ardour, Carla,
QTractor, Non-Timeline, etc... It uses the same API as Non Session Manager, so
programs compatible with NSM are also compatible with Ray Session.
As Non Session Manager, the principle is to load together audio programs, then
be able to save or close all documents together.

- Update to version 0.14.3: * change version to v0.14.3 * set Changelog for 0.14.2 * Avoid silent crash if LANG is not defined * remove a print * really fix desktops memory ;) * fix: desktops memory was broken, and try to open a session with 0 client makes the daemon crash * add template for mixbus 9 and mixbus32c 8 and 9 * remove Jack Mixer LASH template, rename Calf Jack Host one to make sure its folder name does not contains any space
