Command line utilities for Twilio users

The twilio-utils project contains a few UNIX command-line utilities that are handy when working with Twilio.

twimsg - Send an outbound SMS message via Twilio
twilog - Download Twilio notifications into syslog
smslen - Calculate SMS payload length
