PackageKit is a system designed to make installing and updating
software on your computer easier. The primary design goal is to unify
all the software graphical tools used in different distributions, and
use some of the latest technology like PolicyKit to make the process
suck less.

- Update to version 1.2.2:
+ New Features: Notify the service manager when it's beginning to
shutdown.
+ Bugfixes:
- Fix possible information disclosure (CVE-2020-16121).
- Install required test helper files.
- Silence meson warning by bumping minimum version.
