- Add arpack-ng-double-comparison.patch: Add a tolerance for testing float equivalence in TESTS/bug_79_double_complex.f; fixes build failure for i586 [gh#opencollab/arpack-ng#269]. - Add arpack-ng-gcc10.patch to fix build against GCC 10 [gh#opencollab/arpack-ng#239, gh#opencollab/arpack-ng#245].
