Hi, It is not possible to install deluge since there is no python-libtorrent-rasterbar packages available no. This happened because libtorrent-rasterbar now disabled the build of python2 client library in a recent update.
This has been sorted out with https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/620453. Thanks.
