- Update to version 3.40.2:
+ fix a crash in memory usage checking.
- Add gpaste-gnome-41.patch: conditionally applied when building
against mutter 41.
- Replace pkgconfig(mutter-clutter-8) BuildRequires with
mutter-devel: make it easier to support multiple versions.
- Switch to meson build system:
+ Add meson BuildRequires.
+ Replace configure/make/make_install macros with
meson/meson_build/meson_install.
