GNU Data Access (GDA) is an attempt to provide uniform access to
different kinds of data sources (databases, information servers,
mail spools, etc). It is a complete architecture that provides
everything needed to access data.

- Build against openSSL 1.0 for now: + Add libopenssl-1_0_0-devel BuildRequires. + BuilgIgnore openssl (the helper programs): they are not needed and the build dep would pull in version 1.1, conflicting with openssl 1.0 devel packages. (forwarded request 554617 from dimstar)
