A userspace reference of Qualcomm IPC router protocol based on pure libc. This is a lib package required by Lenovo X13s and further Qualcomm-based laptops when userspace applications need to access components [e.g. wifi, sensors, power supply & battery, .. etc] inside SoCs via QRTR. boo#1216806
