- Add totem:%{_bindir}/totem-video-thumbnailer split-provides to the new thumbnailer subpackage: not really needed, as the sub-package is a hard-dependency to totem anyway, but that might possibly change in the future. - Split out new sub-package: totem-video-thumbnailer: put the video-thumbnailing functionality into its own package, allowing users not wanting totem installed still keep video thumbnailing functionality in software like nautilus. Add a Supplements (gnome-shell and nautilus) in the sub-package, install automatically when both are present. Also set a hard Requires on the subpackage in the main totem package.
