- Update to 3.1.9:
* Unicode data files updated to 15.1
* FCFT_LOG_COLORIZE_AUTO now respects the NO_COLOR environment variable.
* SVG glyphs are now centered on the line.
* Fixed logs to respect specified log level.
* Fcft now automatically ensures the LC_NUMERIC locale is
correctly configured for FcNameParse().
* Failure to look up font name is now logged.
* Now built against distribution nanosvg.
