add libtool as buildrequires so we no longer rely on libtool in the project config of factory - it's only needed by <10% of all packages (forwarded request 85998 from coolo)

This browser certainly requires (or should recommend?) "gnome-keyring" to work correctly otherwise built in password management&firefox sync is severely broken. I am testing on a i5/8G RAM now. Can take some time :-)
Issue shows itself as "No provider for org.freedesktop.secrets found"
