This supersedes req#512842 and includes an updated source tarball
with latest ustream release. The big change in this request is
the same as #512842:

This is the first half of renaming libvirt-python package to
python-libvirt-python. At the same time, it changes the spec
file to use singlespec. Req#512843 sent to delete libvirt-python.
