Applets for the Enlightenment Window Manager
Epplets are programs designed to work with the Enlightenment Window
Manager Versions 0.16 and above. Generally they are quite small and
provide a quick way for a user to perform simple tasks or view
information.

add libtool as buildrequires so we no longer rely on libtool in the project config of factory - it's only needed by <10% of all packages (forwarded request 85999 from coolo)
