- Add fix_grpconfig_cmake.patch to make find_package(gRPC) in downstream using packages functional again.

Can we have v1.23.1 also in Leap 15.2?
Leap inherits grpc from SLE ("unfortunately"), so I cannot do anything here: You need to tickle the right people inside SUSE to get that done.
