OpenGL Extension to GTK
GtkGLExt is an OpenGL extension to GTK. It provides the GDK objects
that support OpenGL rendering in GTK and GtkWidget API add-ons, to make
GTK+ widgets OpenGL-capable.

Reintroduce gtkglext.. some 'legact' 3rd party 'crap-ware' seems to rely on this being available... seen several similar issues. Please also add to 12.3 - We made it build with gnome 3.6 (pangox drop) - Resubmit post legal review: changed the license of the SRC.rpm to GPL-2.0+ and LGPL-2.1+ (both parrts exist), and all the others to LGPL-2.1+ (we do not install the examples anywhere)
