GTK+ Source Editing Widget
GtkSourceView is a text widget that extends GtkTextView, the standard
GTK+ text widget.
It improves GtkTextView by implementing syntax highlighting and other
features typical of a source editor.

- Require libgtksourceview-3_0-1 instead of gtksourceview in the devel package: defacto the same package, as the library provides the base name, but more explicit and clearer. - Add libgtksourceview3 Provides to libgtksourceview-3_0-1 and add a explicit Requires in devel subpackage, silence rpmlint. - Modernize spec, use autosetup, make_build and ldconfig_scriptlets macros. - Update Supplements to current standard.
