SGML/XML Parsers
SGMLSpm is a Perl script that reads ESIS output (from parsers like SP)
and offers an event-based interface to the parser. As long as the
parser can parse XML this also works for XML.

- Fix downgrade issue due to uncommon version name - update to version 1.1 Updated the package to use Module::Build. This should help distribution packagers who commonly patched the old Makefile to rearrange the install. Applied Ardo van Rangelrooij's debian patches - Cleaned spec file with spec-cleaner
