- update to 2024.10.09:
* This release adds explicit support for Python 3.13 and drops
support for running Nox itself under Python 3.7. Note that
you can still use 3.7 in your Nox sessions, we just dropped
support for installing & running `nox` itself in 3.7.
* Allow setting tags on parametrized sessions
* Added support for `uv`-installed pythons
* Added `session.install_and_run_script`
* Updated type annotation of `stderr` parameter to make it
optional
* Removed `add_timestamp` from `noxfile.options`
