A Concurrent Versioning system similar to but better than CVS
Subversion does the same thing cvs (CVS (Concurrent Versioning System))
but has major enhancements compared to CVS. The name of the cmdline
client is svn.

- split testsuite into _multibuild flavor to speedup dependent packages - rediff patches (no functional change)
