This fixes build for SLES, by:

- adding BuildRoot tag (is needed to comply with spec file styles anyway)
- setting PYTHON flags for sles_version too
- modifying desktop file install commands

Used osc pull, resolved conflicts (only in .changes file)
AFAICT this has the bigendian patch, *and* modifications for SLES builds correctly in (forwarded request 140213 from plater)
