- Add support for new front-ends Rust and Modula-2.
- Align _multibuild order with gcc12 package.
- Bump to ca8fb0096713a8477614ef874f16ba5bf16c48bc, git5428.

- Add bootstrap conditional to allow --without=bootstrap to be
  specified to speed up local builds for testing.

- Bump included newlib to version 4.3.0. 

- Update to GCC trunk head (r13-5254-g05b9868b182bb9) 
  * pulls Go frontend fix to fix build fail on s390x
  * pulls upstream fix for PR107678, obsoleting gcc13-pr107678.patch
- Also package libhwasan_preinit.o on aarch64.
