GNOME Binary Editor
GHex allows the user to load data from any file and to view and edit it
in either hex or ASCII. It is a must for anyone playing games that use

Drop an obsoleted patch, which upstream fixed in a different way. Proposed for 12.3, as having a patch addressing the same fix as was done in another way can have very weird side - effects is not what we want...
