Revert to Factory version 0.56.2 - together with patch to address GCC11 / GNOME build issues (0.57.2 is stored in a branch of mine) (forwarded request 891206 from dimstar)

Hi, can this package be updated to meson 0.60.1 (available in devel:tools:building) please?
0.60 is needed to compile mpv (which recently switched to meson), 0.59 is too old.
