Support daemon for hardware random device
This daemon feeds data from a random number generator to the kernel's
random number entropy pool, after first checking the data to
ensure that it is properly random.

- in a previous change I removed WantedBy=multi-user.target from the systemd service file because the service can get automatically started by udev, however there are usecases on which manual start is desirable, restore that. (forwarded request 197037 from elvigia)
