- update to 0.158:
  * add doc for cmake build options
  * fix cmake install de-install doc

     * Fixed a race condition that could cause Pan to crash on startup
     * Fix 0.13.1 bug that crashed Pan when it encountered user-defined
    * Fixed 0.13.0 message corruption fix in the composer when a
