Parse and format W3CDTF datetime strings
This module understands the W3CDTF date/time format, an ISO 8601 profile, defined at http://www.w3.org/TR/NOTE-datetime. This format as the native date format of RSS 1.0.
It can be used to parse these formats in order to create the appropriate objects.

This is dep of perl-WWW-OpenSearch, dependency of surfraw , and this dep only depends on factory packages. c.f. https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/694894 Apologies if this isnt the correct protocol for requesting addition of perl packages which have been sitting in d-l-perl forever. If it is ok, I'll keep requesting the missing dependencies from the bottom of the dep tree until I reach perl-WWW-OpenSearch.
