The GNU Transport Layer Security Library
The GnuTLS project aims to develop a library that provides a secure
layer over a reliable transport layer. Currently the GnuTLS library
implements the proposed standards of the IETF's TLS working group.

- Drop bogus condition "> 1550": that would mean 'more recent than Tumbleweed' which is technically impossible, as Tumbleweed is the leading project (and the condition causes issues as Tumbleweed needs to move away from 1550 due to CODE 15 SP5 plans).
