Represent and manage a libvirt hypervisor connection
The Sys::Virt module provides a Perl XS binding to the libvirt virtual
machine management APIs. This allows machines running within arbitrary
virtualization containers to be managed with a consistent API.

New package for Factory: perl-Sys-Virt Perl bindings for libvirt. Needed by libguestfs package, which I hope to provide shortly. But a useful perl module to include nonetheless.
