- fix CFLAGS, as with the earlier try, there was a typo with optflags (forwarded request 1225785 from rrahl0)

Hi,
Version extension-manager|0.5.1-3.1 that comes with snapshot 20241122 only displays a blank screen when launched. Here is the terminal output:
