- Add ExtraBuildFlags for build flags that cannot be passed to configure.
- Add support for livepatches (JSC #SLE-20049).

This update (version 2.39) breaks USB passthru for all Virtualbox virtual machines. Reversion to version 2.38 restores functionality.
