was originally based on KHTMLW, part of the KDE project, but is now
being developed independently.

Update to 4.6.4 - Version bump only - No real change to our package, which already contained the fix... hence, keeping the version in sync in upstream to ease bug reports. Recommended for 12.3 (forwarded request 155676 from Zaitor)
