Support Utilities for Kernel nfsd
This package contains the NFS utilities. You can tune the number of
server threads via the sysconfig variable USE_KERNEL_NFSD_NUMBER. For
quota over NFS support, install the quota package.

- sysconfig.nfs, nfs.conf: allow NFSv4 grace time to be set via sysconfig. SLE12 allowed this, SLE15 lost the ability. Add it back with the name NFSV4GRACETIME. Also improve description for NFSV4LEASETIME. (bsc#1202592)
