- Update to 0.4.2:
  - Refactor: IOError was deprecated. Replace with OSError
  - refactor: Reduce usage of deprecated imp module
  - Modify all imports in the repository to absolute imports
  - Set unicode_errors in Unpacker
  - import vim module by default
- Remove setup_version.patch which has been included upstream.
