- Do not unconditionally enable NetworkManager service as this breaks running /etc/init.d/network on update (bnc#803058). While NetworkManager were using NETWORKMANAGER variable and the service always enabled on < 12.3, it is not enabled on 12.3 any more when /etc/init.d/network is used.
