Thank you for your work on packaging Universal Ctags.

Would it be possible to include the readtags binary in the final package? This utility, which is built together by the ctags project, is a useful tool for parsing tags files generated by ctags. Several packages rely on readtags for code navigation functionality, including universal-ctags/citre.

The inclusion of readtags aligns with common practice across other package managers. For reference, the following distributions include readtags in their ctags package:

• Alpine Linux
• Arch Linux
• Homebrew
