MariaDB is a backward compatible, drop-in replacement branch of the MySQL
Database Server. It includes all major open source storage engines, including
the Maria storage engine.
This package only contains the server-side programs.

Hi,
Can add put ${_WSREP_NEW_CLUSTER} in /usr/lib/mysql/mysql-systemd-helper so that galera_new_cluster command will work ?

That would need to be handled via the maintenance process that ends up in the
openSUSE:Leap:15.0:Updateproject. File a bug report about it. Sounds like something that should be fixed in general.
