The MPFR multiple-precision floating-point library
The MPFR library is a C library for multiple-precision floating-point
computations with exact rounding (also called correct rounding). It is
based on the GMP multiple-precision library.
The main goal of MPFR is to provide a library for multiple-precision
floating-point computation which is both efficient and has a
well-defined semantics. It copies the good ideas from the ANSI/IEEE-754
standard for double-precision floating-point arithmetic (53-bit
mantissa).

- patch license to follow spdx.org standard - Remove redundant tags/sections per specfile guideline suggestions - Update to version 3.1.0. * The mpfr_urandom and mpfr_urandomb functions now return identical values on processors with different word size. * Speed improvement for the mpfr_sqr and mpfr_div functions using Mulders' algorithm. * Much faster formatted output (mpfr_printf, etc.) with %Rg and similar. * New divide-by-zero exception (flag) and associated functions. - Remove bogus provides/obsoletes for old shared library version. - Fix license, it is LGPL v3 or later.
