NumPy: array processing for numbers, strings, records and objects
NumPy is a general-purpose array-processing package designed to
efficiently manipulate large multi-dimensional arrays of arbitrary
records without sacrificing too much speed for small multi-dimensional
arrays. NumPy is built on the Numeric code base and adds features
introduced by numarray as well as an extended C-API and the ability to
create arrays of arbitrary type which also makes NumPy suitable for
interfacing with general-purpose data-base applications.
There are also basic facilities for discrete fourier transform,
basic linear algebra and random number generation.

- update to 1.21.6: * Do not forward `__(deep)copy__` calls of `_GenericAlias`... * Fix float16 einsum fastpaths using wrong tempvar * Print os error message when the executable not exist * Force ``npymath` ` to respect ``npy_longdouble`` * Fix failure to create aligned, empty structured dtype * provide a convenience function to replace npy_load_module * update wheel to version that supports python3.10 * Clear errors correctly in F2PY conversions * add a warningfilter to fix pytest workflow. * Help boost::python libraries at least not crash - drop bpo-45167-fixes.patch (upstream)
