- Update to 2.14.1.3:
* Fixed missing <string.h include in have_fpos_pos.c.
* Change calc version from 2.14.1.2 to 2.14.2.3 as part of a test to
build calc RPMs on a reference RHEL8.7 platform (formerly a RHEL7.9
platform).
