EiskaltDC++

EiskaltDC++ is a cross-platform program that uses the Direct Connect and ADC protocol. It is compatible with other DC clients, such as the original DC from Neomodus, DC++ and derivatives. EiskaltDC++ also interoperates with all common DC hub software. The minimum number of our patches to original DC++ kernel makes it easy to upgrade to new versions and ensures compatibility with other clients.

- Update to 2.4.2
* Added support of build using musl instead of glibc.
* Add support of build in Cygwin environment.
* Added configuration option LUA_VERSION (unset by default) for choosing
specific version of Lua library in the systems if necessary.
* Fix search on ADC hubs. (It was accidentally broken in 2.4.1 release.)
